With a background in painting and hanging wallpaper I have been a home improvement junkie ever since I bought my first home. I left that profession for a career as a CNC machinist, where after 15 years I decided to return to school and pursue a degree in Business Management. Since graduating I have held positions as Group Manager, Scheduling Supervisor, and most recently as Supply Chain Manager for one of the largest automotive glass tempering facilities in the country.

My experience with process improvement led me to the Shrock team and I enjoy helping create and implement standards and procedures to improve not only process quality and efficiency but also the overall customer experience. I love working so close to my home and with such a great team of kind and hardworking craftsmen. I continue to enjoy working on many different projects both inside and outside of the home I share with my beautiful wife. I also enjoying watching sports and movies as well as reading, drawing, and listening to all kinds of music.
